We offer FREE SHIPPING anywhere in the Philippines except for Out-Of-Delivery Areas of LBC Express.

For Metro Manila addresses, we ship via Zoom Courier, Simm's Courier or direct LBC Express. On the other hand for Provincial addresses we ship via LBC Express (care of Zoom Courier or Simm's Courier) or direct LBC Express.

All confirmed payments and COD orders for the day will be dispatched the next business day. Transit time for Metro Manila addresses is 1 to 2 business days after your order has been dispatched, while transit time for Provincial addresses is 2 to 3 business days after your order has been dispatched.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are NOT considered business days. Also, transit times given are based on committed transit times of the courier and delays sometimes do occur on their part. If it is imperative that you receive your order on or before a certain date, please consider increasing your lead time by placing your order in advance.

Within the next business day of shipping your order, we will send you an email and/or text message containing the tracking number of your order.

For Metro Manila addresses, you may track your item at the Zoom Courier, Simm's Courier or LBC Express website.

For Provincial address, you should first track your item at the Zoom Courier or Simm's Courier website. From there, you will receive an LBC tracking number which you can then track at the LBC Express website. If your item was shipped via direct LBC Express, you may track it directly at the LBC Express website.

Please allow 2 business days after your order has been dispatched before it becomes trackable online.

We accept PayPal, GCash, and BPI or BDO bank deposit.

We also accept Cash On Delivery and Cash On Meetup.

For Cash On Delivery, please note that all COD orders are subject to verification. Kindly make sure that you can be reached at the phone number you provided in your Customer Profile.

For Cash On Meetup, you may choose from any of our following meetup schedules:

1. Waltermart Makati, RCBC Plaza, Glorietta or SM Makati (12:30PM to 1:00PM Monday to Friday except holidays)
2. SM Bicutan (4:30PM to 9PM Monday to Sunday).

For payments made via PayPal, we would automatically know if you have sent payment or not. Please note that for PayPal payments, we will only ship your order to your address on file with PayPal. Please update your shipping address on PayPal before making payment.

For GCash, BPI or BDO bank deposit, you will have to inform us that you have sent payment by sending us a text message at 0917 866-8388 or 0922 866-8388. Please note that in case there is a problem with the payment you sent, we will require proof of payment. Please keep a copy of the GCash Payment Reference number, deposit slip or screenshot of the details of the payment that you made for your reference.

Sorry, we do NOT offer returns simply because you do not like the product you purchased. As with any other product which you buy online, it is your responsibility as a customer to do a "due diligence" on whether or not the product will suit you prior to purchasing.
